Personal Branding: We live in a world where stereotypes are formed in a matter of seconds. Our
students need to understand the value of personal branding. Students need to understand the power
of social media such as Facebook, Linkedin, Google +, Twitter, Wordpress, personal website, resume
and more. Outside of social media, students need to understand the importance of self appearance
and self promotion in their lives.

Vision and a Daydream: A lot of people daydream but few connect to that vision and do everything in
there willpower to achieve their dreams. I am a strong advocate of aiming for precise targets, setting

Encouraging Missing In Action Mentors: This topic is for regular ordinary success stories who do
not live or mentor in our needed communities. Unexposed adults and youth are hungry for the positive
example that this group of role models can provide. It is hard for our youth or unexposed adults to
